Common Rail Fuel Injection System (CRI)
Tanaji Heavy Equipment Fuel System Simulator provides the simulation of Common Rail Fuel Injection System (CRI) working principle on heavy equipment. It shows the different operation modes of the CRI to learn its components and operation modes, perform various measurements and simulation of system fault codes, tests, and other diagnostic procedures.
Monitoring the operation of CRI, injected fuel quantity, spray pattern quality, engine revolutions per minute (RPM), and rail pressure;Ability to measure electrical signal parameters of each system component (such as sensor or actuator);Performing the measurement and troubleshooting of system fault codes.
Ability to monitor the changing operation mode of each system component; Allows changes to the parameters of each system component; Explore the injection cut out simulation; Reading / erasing fault codes; Displaying the operating system parameters (live data).
Cylinder chambers are transparent which allows to see the injector operations; Visible work process of the injecting spray of fuels; Measure the fuel pressure, fuel return rate and leakage, bleading air from fuel circuit.
