TANAJI Basic Electrical System Simulator gives the simulation on the operation system of starting, charging, and lighting systems in heavy equipment with the use of real electrical components.

Activity:

01. Learn the schematic diagrams and its symbols that shows the circuits of heavy equipment electrical components.

02. Identify the electrical components and parts; Starting Motor, Battery 24V, Battery Relay, Starting Switch, Safety Relay, Alternator, Fuse Box, Horn, Rotary Lamp, Head Lamp, Horn Switch, Rotary Lamp Switch, & Head Lamps Switch.

03. Connect the schematic diagrams to run the electrical components.

04. Simulate faults at electrical system and the assess the impact of sudden load changes, short-circuits, or accidental disconnection of load.

05. Learn the use of ammeter and voltmeter to take readings in circuits.
